I. User Eligibility & Account Integrity

Account Responsibility: If you register for a “Managets Member Account,” you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities, purchases, and communications that occur under your account.

Right to Terminate: Managets reserves the absolute right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This typically occurs in cases of suspected fraudulent behavior, unauthorized use of our intellectual property, or any activity that compromises the integrity of our Palmer-based logistics operations.

II. Product Fidelity, Accuracy & Pricing Policy

Visual Accuracy: Managets strives to display the colors, textures, and fine knit details of our socks as accurately as possible. However, the physical reality of premium textiles may vary slightly from digital renderings due to lighting and monitor calibrations. Minor variances in shade or yarn texture are inherent to high-end materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Pricing Errors: All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., a premium wool set listed for an impossible price due to a technical glitch), Managets reserves the right to cancel the order, notify the customer, and provide a full refund of the amount paid.

Availability: All items are subject to stock availability at our Alaska fulfillment center. Managets reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue specific designs, or change material specifications (such as wool-to-synthetic ratios) at any time without prior notice.

III. Shipment Contract & Domestic Delivery Protocols

Managets ships exclusively within the United States. Every purchase made on our site is subject to a standard shipment contract with our partner carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Transfer of Title: The risk of loss and legal title for your purchase pass to you once Managets delivers the package to the common carrier at our Palmer, Alaska facility. While we ensure each order is protected in reinforced packaging, the carrier is responsible for the physical transit.

Delivery Issues: Managets is not legally responsible for packages once they are officially marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to protect your purchase from theft or environmental exposure (e.g., snow or rain), which can damage textile fibers if left unattended.

IV. Proprietary Rights & Content Use

All digital and physical assets—including but not limited to the Managets logo, website graphics, exclusive knit patterns, high-resolution photography, and editorial copy—are the exclusive intellectual property of our brand. These assets are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

Prohibited Use: Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or “scraping” of Managets designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any breach of our proprietary rights will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action in the Alaska jurisdiction.

V. Liability Limitations & Indemnification

Disclaimer of Warranties: Managets provides the website and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our digital boutique will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability: Managets shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to access our website. Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Managets platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palmer/Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. By using this site, you waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.
