Managets ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We offer a $6.99 Flat Rate for all domestic shipments. Managets covers 100% of the return costs if the item has a verified manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit. For “Buyer’s Remorse” or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee to cover the archival re-packaging process.

Q: How long does the refund process take?
Once your return is received at our Palmer, AK facility, it enters a 10-point mechanical audit. If cleared, Managets will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
