II. Comprehensive Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your Managets socks must remain in their original, factory-sealed state. Once a sock is pulled over a foot, the elastic fibers (Spandex/Elastane) begin to adjust to the wearer’s anatomy, and the product is considered “used.” Please adhere to the following strict criteria:
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned with the original paper bands, hang-tags, and moisture-barrier bags intact. If the adhesive seal on the Managets protective bag is broken, the item is ineligible for return.

IV. Formal Return & Inspection Procedure
