III. Ethical Compliance & Designer Protection Standards

IV. Formal Submission of an IP Infringement Claim

To report a legitimate claim of infringement, please submit a written notice to the Managets legal compliance officer at support@managets.com with the subject: “IP Infringement Claim – [Brand/Owner Name]”. Your notice must contain:

1. Identification of the specific IP asset you own (e.g., Copyright/Trademark Registration Number).
2. The exact URL(s) on our site where the alleged infringing material is visible.

V. Resolution Timeline & Legal Consequences

Upon receipt of a complete and valid claim at our Palmer headquarters, the Managets team will confirm receipt within 2–3 business days. If the claim is found valid after a rigorous internal review—including a comparison of timestamps and original fiber design metadata—Managets will modify or remove the content within 7–10 business days.

Warning to Claimants: Under United States law (DMCA Section 512(f)), submitting a false or malicious IP claim is a serious legal offense.
