By focusing solely on domestic distribution, Managets bypasses the extreme transit times and harsh environmental shifts associated with international shipping. Premium hosiery is sensitive to moisture and compression; our “Domestic-Only” focus ensures your socks do not spend weeks in a shipping container, preserving the elasticity and softness of the fibers that Managets is known for.

Every pair of socks in the Managets collection is treated as a high-value textile asset. Standard warehousing often ignores the impact of humidity on natural fibers like Merino wool and organic cotton. At Managets, we control the ambient environment of our staging area to prevent moisture absorption and fiber fatigue—common issues in non-regulated logistics hubs.

By utilizing a high-velocity logistics corridor in the American Northwest and Southcentral regions, Managets minimizes the time your product spends in transit. This ensures that the Spandex/Elastane components retain their factory-fresh “snap-back” integrity, preventing the socks from sagging or losing their shape after arrival, a standard of quality that Managets guarantees.

Managets offers a simplified, transparent fee structure for all 50 U.S. States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We have eliminated zone-based surcharges to provide a fair experience for all American customers who choose Managets.

Before any package is sealed by Managets, it must survive our rigorous Three-Stage Quality Audit. At Managets, we do not ship “as-is”; we ship perfection.

Phase 1: Mechanical & Knit Validation: Managets auditors utilize 5000K daylight-balanced lamps to inspect color consistency. We test the tensile strength of the cuff and the reinforced heel/toe areas. Any pair showing irregularities is immediately pulled from the Managets outbound queue.

Phase 2: Humidity Neutralization: To prevent “memory creasing,” Managets wraps each bundle in acid-free tissue and includes medical-grade silica desiccant packets to neutralize humidity shifts across various U.S. climate zones.

Phase 3: The Impact-Shield Enclosure: Unlike standard mailers, Managets utilizes 3mm-thick, double-walled corrugated vessels. This setup is designed to protect the plush cushioning of your Managets socks from being crushed during sorting.

V. Domestic Service Areas & Military Support

Managets ships to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to international freight forwarders to maintain the strict quality control that Managets customers expect.

Military Personnel (APO/FPO/DPO): Managets is proud to support our service members. These orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for final delivery once the package enters the Military Postal Service Agency.

P.O. Boxes & Rural Routes: Managets ships to P.O. Boxes exclusively via USPS. In rural areas, “Last Mile” delivery may be handled by local contractors, which can lead to minor tracking update delays for your Managets order.

VI. The “60-Minute Precision Window”

In our commitment to rapid fulfillment, the Managets system transmits your order data within minutes. Consequently, Managets offers a strict 60-minute modification policy.

Requesting Changes: Within 60 minutes of purchase, you may change your shipping address by emailing support@managets.com with the subject line “URGENT: ORDER CHANGE”. After this window, the order cannot be modified. If a package is returned to Managets due to an incorrect address, a re-shipment fee of $6.99 will apply.

VII. Claims & Damage Guarantees

Managets insures 100% of our domestic shipments. Managets takes full responsibility for the carrier’s performance until the moment the package is marked “Delivered.” If your Managets package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@managets.com immediately for a resolution.
